Knowledge Transition Methodology (intelliPerformTM)
Guided Perform:-During this phase the Solution Delivery Center's new team member’s focus will be on learning and will be taking the guidance from SDC's Specialist in getting up the speed. The team member will get formal training, customized documentation and will spend 15% of the time scripting and resolving low complexity issues.
Assisted Perform:-During this phase the Solution Delivery Center's team member’s focus will be on shadowing the SDC's Specialist. The team member will spend 50% of the time scripting, executing test sets, reporting results and resolving low to medium complexity issues.
Independent Perform:-During this phase theSolution Delivery Center's team member’s focus will be on independence and will be developing and executing the test cases with little to no assistance with the SDC's Specialist. The team member will spend 75% of the time scripting, executing test sets, reporting results and resolving medium to high complexity issues.
